Yes of course, if you require any additional information about any of our products, you can contact us by any of the means below. Please remember to state the name of the product you want information about. We answer all requests ASAP, and always within a maximum of 24 hours.

How do I return an item? What is your returns policy?
We very rarely have customers return items because they are not happy with the product. If this is the case we will happily grant you a full refund on your purchase as long as we receive it back in the same condition you received it within 30 days. Simply mail it the RETURN address on your order slip and remember to stamp the package before sending it.

What if I really like my purchase but it's the wrong size?
Naturally in this instance we would exchange your item for a more appropriate size that we would expect to fit. If that size is out of stock we would either offer you a full refund on your purchase or exchange it for another item. Simply follow the same return instructions as above and we’ll do the necessary.

What should I do if I have received a faulty item?
If you have found a fault or issue with your product please contact us as soon as possible. We will follow our same returns policy as detailed above, and either refund your purchase in full or exchange the item for one in perfect condition. On the rare occasion that this happens we’ll always look to compensate our customers with discount off a future purchase or perhaps a free gift, dependant on the situation.
